- Sunnier Palms Management Committee must approve all home sales PRIOR to purchase.
- Our residential park is made up of mobile homes, park models and RV's.
- You may purchase an existing home from a current resident.
- All homes are sold by owner.
- All sales take place between the applicant and the existing homeowner.
- We require some history with Sunnier Palms.
- Sunnier Membership is required.
Approval by the Management Committee is based on your history with Sunnier Palms and the result of a criminal and credit background check.
