Here’s what you need to know:

• Sunnier Palms Management Committee must approve all home sales PRIOR to purchase.
• Our residential park is made up of mobile homes, park models and RV's.
• You may purchase an existing home from a current resident.
• All homes are sold by owner. 
• All sales take place between the applicant and the existing homeowner.
• We require some history with Sunnier Palms.
• Sunnier Membership is required.

 Approval by the Management Committee is based on your history with Sunnier Palms and the result of a criminal and credit background check.
