2022 Road Repair

Many large tree roots contributed to the uneven and cracked road.  The trees were removed, and a crew was hired to repair the road.  The dump station plumbing, which was under the road, was replaced.

2021 Pool Restoration

Every so often, this must be done!  It takes time...It takes patience...but the result is worth it!

Over the years, several small additions and repairs were made to the pool deck.  An overall upgrade was needed.

Both pool and hot tub were resurfaced.  The pool deck was fitted with pavers.  It's a beautiful upgrade!

2016 The Road House

The residence owner was a good neighbor of Sunnier Palms.  In 2015, he was ready to sell the property.

His first contact was our President, who negotiated the purchase.  The land was perfectly located to become an asset to the park.

The structures were not economically repairable.  The decision was to clear the lot.
